AMAZING CAR WASH! The manager Craig is such a gentleman and always extremely helpful. He is great to his employees and customers. This establishment ALWAYS cleans my car the best and for such a cheap price, the cheapest wash being $7! You can’t get this anywhere else! My experience here has always been such a delight countless times.

Best car wash experience, ever. The employees are extremely polite and attentive. The vacuums are easily accessible! Memberships are reasonably priced and washes with outstanding and long lasting results. Manager is so kind, my first wash was free! I will be coming back, one of the best experiences.

I’ve always passed up other car washes to go to Rich’s Car Wash at S University because they had the most effective wash. It’s never often enough, but I want a good wash when I get one. On November 4, 2024, I took my filthy car to Rich’s Car Wash and found it had been redesigned to the new Rich’s Car Wash with completely new washing and vacuum systems installed. I wasn't about to get on the ground to look under the car, but I bet it was cleaner there, too. Vacuums were a significant improvement, even though the first one I tried didn't work. I didn't allow myself enough time to use the car mat cleaner, but I watched someone run her mats through the machine, so I consider myself an expert for when I have th

This facility is not being managed as well as in the past. The grounds are dirty and I had to request for towels because the towels available didn't look clean. The towels were tossed about on top so I couldn't tell if customers were throwing their old towels on top. The towels that were brought out smell like mildew so can't use that to wipe things down. It just doesn't seem like the staff cared about anything going on today. I'm glad I only paid for the basic wash. Not coming back to this location. Too many other choices of Rich's Carwashes.

Fun, lots of lights & colorful. Staff is welcoming and helpful. My truck was super dirty and 1 wash left a little dirt on the tailgate so they sent me thru again and all good! The premium choice with wax makes a good difference.
